Congratulations 2009 Officers!

December 12th, 2008

The 80th Annual Meeting of the Metropolitan Detroit Alumni Senate, Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity was held on December 11, 2008 at the Bayview Yacht Club of Detroit.  The change in venue for the meeting, as well as the delicious meal, was well received by all in attendance.

A good report of the past year was given by those with various responsibilities.  The proposed slate of officers for the year 2009 was read and unanimously approved.  Tenicia Vanzant, the incoming Senate Dean gave a forward-looking report on plans for the coming year.

Welcome to new law school students and returning students!

The Delta Theta Phi Fraternity Metro Detroit Alumni Senate nurtures relationships with students of Michigan’s law schools. These include University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, Wayne State University Law School, Ave Maria School of Law, Michigan State University College of Law, Cooley Law School, and University of Michigan Law School.

If you are a new or returning student in one of these fine law schools, please consider involvement in the chapter of Delta Theta Phi at your school. You will build friendships and have opportunities for social events and public service activities.

The Alumni Senate will host a few events open to students and stands ready to build relationships with students. See the Activity Schedule page on this site, and feel free to leave a comment to this post.
